Infrared Asphalt Recycling
Infrared wave-lengths reheat existing asphalt concrete to temperatures as when it was originally installed. In minutes it is softened, scarified, releveled and compatected. With the help of a rejuvenating agent and new asphalt we have recycled and repaired the damaged area.
Seal-Pave
At Great Lakes Striping and Sealing Inc. only the finest sealer is used and we apply it by hand rather than spraying it on, which gives you much better protection. Our sealer is Seal-Pave the longest lasting sealer.
Hotpour Rubber Crack Filling
We repair cracks with hot-poured rubberized joint sealer. This is the most durable and cost-effective way to prevent base damage of water seepage through your pavement.

Often aesthetics, beautification and uniformity are the only reasons considered for seal coating. But just as important is the prevention of oxidation which deteriorates asphalt binder and loosens the aggregate. Also important is the prevention of penetration of foreign liquids such as gas, oil and coolants that will prematurely ruin your asphalt concrete. Asphalt coatings promote water runoff and snow and ice removal.
