- Mowing
- The lawn will be typically cut once per week, unless conditions are exceptionally wet or dry.
- Standard mowing height will be 3 inches.
- Visible trash and debris will be picked up before mowing.
- String trim around trees, landscape beds and pavement.
- Visible grass clipping will be removed or disbursed from lawn and pavement.
- There are approximately 28 weeks of mowing, April 15th thru October 31st.
- Spring Clean up
- Remove leaves and debris from all landscape beds.
- Prune dead or broken shrubs, caused by winter damage.
- Clean up snow plow damage. Does not include top soil and grass seed.
- Winter sand will be removed from the lawn, curbs or parking lot.
- Fall Clean up
- Remove leaves and debris from the lawn, shrub, flowerbeds and parking lot.
- All leaves will be hauled off property.
- Weed Control
- Weeding to include spraying, hand pulling or mechanical cultivation.
- Includes all landscape beds, curbs, sidewalks, parking lots or sign post.
- Edging
- Hand spade the shrub beds.
- Mechanically edge the sidewalks, driveway or parking lot.
- Pruning
- Trim and shear new growth once per summer.
- Remove dead or broken branches.
- Fertilizer
- Four applications per season of a slow release fertilizer.
- Irrigation - by Denver
- Turn on system, set control clock, adjust sprinkler heads and inspect all zones.
- Turn off system, winterize, blow water out of pipes.
- Includes weekly system inspections to make sure each sprinkler head is working properly.
- Mulch
- Install mulch in the landscape beds.
- Re-barking
